Greetings!

I'm Dr. Ramanshu Prabhakar Singh, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, India. My core focus is in Computational Physics, and I am currently engaged in research in High Energy Astrophysics, particularly X-ray Astronomy.

My work aims to deepen our understanding of high-energy phenomena in the universe, especially through the spectral and timing analysis of accreting compact objects such as black hole X-ray binaries and low-mass X-ray binaries. I use observational data from space-based X-ray missions, along with computational and statistical tools, to study accretion processes, spectral states, quasi-periodic oscillations, and related variability.

I have been fortunate to receive notable honors and grants, including the CSIR-Junior Research Fellowship and SERB International Travel Support. These opportunities have strengthened my passion for scientific exploration, research, and teaching.

Apart from my academic pursuits, I am proficient in programming, especially C++ and Python, and I actively use computational tools in my teaching and research. I am also an avid photographer.
